Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Covenant Pro Wrestling (CPW) Tracker platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. One person may create multiple characters but should only maintain one user account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (character profiles, storylines, wiki entries). By posting content on CPW Tracker, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use that content within the platform. Content must be appropriate and not contain hate speech, harassment, or illegal material.

CPW Tracker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JimmyCPW. Character designs and storylines created by users remain the intellectual property of their creators, subject to the license granted in Section 3.

6. Moderation

Administrators and booking staff reserve the right to moderate content, approve or reject character submissions, and manage storylines in the interest of the overall universe. Decisions regarding match outcomes, championships, and storyline direction are at the discretion of the booking team.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
